Letters to People I Hate

customer: Do you have any books on hugs?
co-worker: Hugs?
customer: Yeah, like different kinds of hugs.
co-worker: Do you want a kids book?
customer: Just any book on hugs, really.

People are horrible and annoying. They need to be told this on a regular basis, through formal letters.
